Title: Breaking the Cycle of Regret – Turning Fear into Fun in NEET Prep!

Image
Image by  Sasin Tipchai  from  Pixabay Last night, I made a mistake—studied late, thinking I'd wake up early to continue. Instead, I overslept till 9:20 AM, ruining my entire day. The regret hit hard, but my parents’ scolding made it worse. Frustrated, I stumbled upon a video by Ali Abdaal on overcoming procrastination and achieving more in less time. That video changed my perspective. The morning was full of self-doubt: Do I really want to be a doctor? Is NEET even worth it? Should I have taken Maths instead? What I Learned Night study works, but it drains energy for the next day. Mornings are still the best for consistent study. Losing sleep affects focus more than missing a few hours of study. Final Verdict I managed to study, but the exhausti...
